While we apply best practices, research, and expertise, results such as leads, sales, rankings, or ROI are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on market conditions, budgets, platforms, and external factors.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information and approvals
Ensuring legality of content, ads, and business practices
Timely payments as agreed

Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may affect timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, creatives, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of eleva8 digital until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, financial, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

6. Payments & Refunds

Fees are payable as per agreed terms
Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

eleva8 digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform changes, algorithm updates, account suspensions, or third-party tools.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed contract terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
